On becoming radically human in business

On November 29th, 2018 Balance HR, The Vigor Unit and Otolith hosted 23 executives to talk about being or becoming radically human in business. Radical means that we return to the roots. The Latin word radix means roots. And that means that we need to understand how people function, what motivates them and what doesn’t not. We need to understand human biases etc. And based on that we can build and execute strategies.
