About Marc … and the Art of Leading Transitions

More than 25 years of experience in the chemical and life science industry have sharpened Marc’s broad business acumen and people leadership capabilities.  He held general management, CEO, and board positions in large companies such as Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, and Novartis, and midsized and family-owned businesses such as Qualiphar.

Marc holds a master’s degree in engineering (University of Leuven) and an Executive MBA (Antwerp Management School).  He is a certified Process Excellence Black Belt.
