    Otolith is co-founder at “Team Coaching Global Alliance” (TCGA). TCGA was founded to

    • train ICF credentialed coaches in using the ICF Team Coaching Competencies,
    • prepare them for ICF certificates in Team Coaching, and
    • strengthen the art of teamcoaching around the world.

    We offer a fully digital 36 CCE global program in English, called “Demystifying Teamcoaching”.

    The Team Coaching Global Certificate is an online interactive team coaching training program led by Jonathan Reitz MCC, for Otolith Karl Van Hoey MCC, and Katerina Kanelidou PCC.

    Get your Certificate

    Graduates of the program receive their Certificate in Team Coaching. The program offers 36 CCEUs (31.0 in CC and 5.0 in RD).  The ICF Continuing Coach Education application was filed for this program in early December 2020 and approval is expected in January 2021.

    Completing this program lines you up to earn the ICF’s recently announced Team Coaching Specialty Credential. The TCGA Team will support you as you develop your experience.
