As of September 1, 2023, Coaching Partners International will merge into Otolith Consulting. The two companies reached an agreement on the matter this summer. The cooperation will continue under the name Otolith Consulting.
About the two organizations
Otolith Consulting was founded in 2018 by David Ducheyne. Soon a number of other consultants joined it. Today, David Ducheyne, Karl Van Hoey, and Marc Verbruggen work together. Otolith Consulting also works with associate consultants who join the ranks where needed. The organization has clients in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, the Middle East, and the USA. Otolith Consulting is a partner in the international program TCGA.
Coaching Partners International (CPI) was founded in 2011 by Paul Van Geyt. Today, it is a partnership between Paul and Filip Fiers. CPI has clients in Belgium, the Netherlands, Croatia, France and the UK. CPI has a strategic partnership with Human Insight (NL) and with the Academy of Executive Coaching (UK).
The two companies currently work for approximately 30 active clients at home and abroad in various sectors.
Otolith Consulting’s new permanent team consists of David Ducheyne, Filip Fiers, Paul Van Geyt, Karl van Hoey, and Marc Verbruggen. Paul Van Geyt will devote his time primarily to his studies in Organizational Psychology at the Open University of the Netherlands and to executive coaching and will remain associated with Otolith Consulting. We are still looking to strengthen this permanent team.
